A 90-day spiritual exercise for Catholic men
Exodus 90 is a 90-day spiritual exercise for Catholic men, built on daily prayer, ascetic practices such as cold showers and fasting, and fraternity in a small group. The app delivers each day's reading and reflection and tracks your progress through the program. It runs on a free trial and then an annual membership, with help available for those who cannot afford it.
The world tells us that freedom is doing whatever you want, whenever you want, with whomever you want: to do your own will.
True freedom, however, is to do God's will. Freedom is for worship, sacrifice, and love.
Men, if you’re tired of being held back by the comforts and distractions of our time and desire to grow closer to God, Exodus 90 is the path you’ve been searching for.
Since we started in 2015, more than 250,000 men have experienced new freedom. Take the first step, join the brotherhood, and download the Exodus 90 app today.
It's time to break free from the modern Pharaohs that keep us enslaved. By living a life of prayer, asceticism, and fraternity, you will become more of who you are, a son of God who has been called forth by the Father to experience his love and to give that love to others.
Why Exodus 90?

App is great, program at its core is great. I would recommend this program to any catholic looking to deepen their faith and ultimately change their life. It is hard but sometimes we need things to be hard. However, my biggest issue is the Fraternity aspect and how it relates to the family. Every fraternity isn’t the same and sometimes Parish’s that do it with multiple groups will randomize thececil5151

Exodus 90 is for Catholic or Christian men who want to grow closer to God, want to be happier in life, want to get out of the rut they are in, but don’t know how. satan entrenches us slowly and subtlely with chains throughout our lives. Then one day we wake up at 30 and can’t understand why we no longer have our youthful joy or youthful energy that we had at 25. We think “I guess work and life havCOLTONW77

It seems counterintuitive, but living without all these human comforts actually opens me up to others and gives me incredible joy. I couldn’t believe how much time I actually have in a day when I’m not wasting it watching TV. It’s not easy, but it’s well worth the effort and time. Also, starting every morning with a holy hour and ending with an Examen has brought me closer to the Lord than I’ve e
